Please note that the sale of a Maton guitar by a re-seller outside of the country boundary of that particular re-seller has the effect of voiding warranty on that particular guitar.

We at Maton take pride in our quality and craftsmanship and we are continually striving to bring to you the best possible guitar. Unfortunately, being a primarily timber product that can be affected by the environment it is impossible to honour manufacturer warranty without knowing the final destination of the guitar.

For any potential warranty issues encountered with respect to our guitars, please have it returned to place of purchase for the warranty process to be initiated.
