The result is a small-bodied guitar with a full tonal response that rings like a bell. There is no lack of bass due to the thinner body depth (the body is 10mm thinner than the 75th Anniversary body) as the depth is offset by the incredibly rich bass produced by the rosewood back and sides. The reduced body depth also provides a little more focus in front of the guitar which will make it a brilliant recording instrument.
